There is no need
to make yourself small,
the universe is eternal,
and so are you.

You can go forward,
or backward,
lie down,
or jump till you reach the sky.

Neither is good nor bad,
sacred or unholy.
It is all life being alive,
as are you

There is no need
for anything,
for you are
everything.
