You are everything

There is no need to make yourself small.
The universe is eternal,
and so are you.

You can go forward,
or backward.
Lie down,
or jump till you touch the sky.

Neither is good, nor bad,
sacred, or unholy.
It is all life being alive,
as are you

No need for anything,
for you are everything.
